The Project Security Coordinator provides both general and detailed administrative support to the Project Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. The Project Security Coordinator manages the processing of all security-related documentation and access requirements for the General Contractor, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Vendors, ensuring timely site access for all parties involved. This position requires daily physical presence on-site.

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Required Education:


  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Required Experience:


  • A minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in a mid to large-sized organization. Previous experience supporting multiple functions/departments.

Required Technical Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of project management software (Procore) preferred or the ability to learn.

Preferred Education & Experience:



  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.

    * Previous experience with the administration of secure buildings.

    * Construction experience is highly preferred.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
