With very limited supervision, this individual is responsible for: Driving development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience. Leading, development and implementation of marketing, sales and all other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes. Independently lead needed market, economic and competitive evaluations that affect product performance. Independently performing fact-based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights. Leading completion of needed advanced data models and analytics. Independently identifying and prioritizing new features, including market analysis, business case development and driving prioritization. Leading/executing large, complex new-product development initiatives and other marketing/enterprise programs across large, cross-functional work teams. Actively coaches and mentors' others in less senior positions. Essential Functions The Product Manager, Principal in the Experience Architecture organization leads high-impact initiatives that require deep experience expertise and cross-functional alignment across business, technology, and operations. This role drives end-to-end experience strategy, synthesizes complex inputs, and mentors others in the team. Principal-level architects demonstrate mastery across at least two core competencies and play a critical role in shaping both future-state journeys and capability investment decisions. Principals lead enterprise-wide experience strategy and transformation efforts that require deep technical expertise, strategic business acumen, and cross-organizational influence. Within the Digital & Technology operating system, you guide complex initiatives by synthesizing user, technical, and business insights into scalable experience blueprints. Your leadership fosters alignment among senior stakeholders, accelerates delivery through effective facilitation, and drives capability growth across the architect community-all while maintaining a relentless focus on customer value and operational excellence. The Product Manager, Advisor in the Experience Architecture organization supports cross-functional initiatives by applying experience thinking to both customer journeys and internal systems. This role owns scoped experience workstreams, creates impactful visualizations, and facilitates alignment among business, technology, and operations partners. Ideal candidates are strong in one or more core competencies, with an appetite to grow through stretch projects and mentorship. Advisors play a critical role in driving scoped, cross-functional experience initiatives within the organization's Digital & Technology (D&T) operating framework. This role applies customer-centric design and systems thinking to deliver impactful, scalable journeys aligned with business priorities. By embodying GPS behaviors such as Collaboration, Communication, and Adaptability, and adhering to D&T principles like Bias to Action and Growth Mindset. Advisors enable rapid, outcome-focused delivery while fostering continuous learning and innovation. Lead high-stakes experience strategy engagements from discovery through delivery
Own relationships across product, engineering, ops, and senior business leaders
Facilitate workshops that drive alignment and unblock complex conversations
Synthesize customer, tech, and business insights into future-state experience blueprints
Define key artifacts: capability roadmaps, prioritization matrices, process/service models Own deliverables driving investment and alignment decisions.
Coach Advisors and junior architects to develop across competencies
Act as a bridge between strategy and execution for the org

Product Manager, Principal: Minimum Education Bachelor's degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field. Minimum Experience Seven plus (7+) years' work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact-based data analysis. Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring & solving skills. Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills. Strong project management and project management leadership experience. A directly related master's degree is equivalent to two (2) years' experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. Product Manager, Advisor: Minimum Education Bachelor's degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
