TITLE: Marketing Manager II
POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Marketing Manager position will be responsible for strategic implementation of branding marketing, and promotional initiatives, capturing images and creating content that align with WorkdPak brand image and effectively communicate our message to our target audience, both internally and externally.
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of all aspects of WorldPak efforts using traditional & emerging marketing techniques. This position will play an important role in the expansion and elevation of WorldPak internal & external market presence. The key focus is to lead the creation and implementation of engaging content through the development and deployment of integrated sales and marketing tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing with photography, visual arts, or related skills.
- 8+ years of Marketing experience in a B2B environment
- Experience working in a manufacturing industry, preferably packaging and/or plastic market knowledge
- Proficiency in digital photography equipment and software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Understand the requirements and specifications of video, GIF, and other types of digital assets
- Proficient computer skills, including Adobe Creative Suite, and expertise in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to conceive, design, develop and apply creative ideas across multiple digital channels
- Digital object/brand photography and photo-editing
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition, and visual storytelling
- Ability to create and edit compelling video content
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and practices,
- Experience in product branding and design for both print and digital execution
- Thorough understanding of display and social media specifications
- Detail oriented to ensure accuracy in all facets of design and execution
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns at the same time with commitment to meeting deadlines
- Mindset to work independently, be self-motivated, creative and think strategically
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
- Proficient time management of self and others to ensure on-time execution of regularly occurring and ad hoc projects

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Routinely collaborate with all departments, business units, and affiliate companies to understand their photography/design needs and objectives.
- Plan and execute photo shoots, including selecting locations, arranging subjects (i.e. product samples) and coordinate with colleagues
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet Inteplast's quality standards and brand guidelines
- Assist in the curation of assets made available in Inteplast's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
- Occasionally travel to different location for on-site shoots or assignments.
- Lead the development of and complete tactical marketing campaigns using multiple internal and external communication channels
- Provide direction to a Marketing Specialist and/or guidance to other colleagues preparing marketing materials to maintain unit messaging while adhering to company and unit guidelines & standards
- Utilize Adobe Suite and other software to create, maintain and update traditional, digital marketing & video materials such as spec sheets, sell sheets, FAQ's, flyers, infographics, trade show materials, advertisements, social media posts and other sales & marketing materials
- Shoot, edit and organize product photos & videos and/or give direction to others to maintain brand standards
- Design appealing packaging artwork which aligns with the specific company vision and brand identity
- Manage internal communication content to ensure key messages are circulated on a regular basis
- Develop and maintain accounts through external social media
- Promote new and existing products to Sales to generate interest and increase revenue potential
- Manage all needs for tradeshows and industry events, etc.
- Attend, photograph and document company events
- Provide suggestions and insights into new and emerging design trends and capabilities in the digital marketing space
- Stay up to date on specs, file size requirements and technical requirements for digital marketing
- Engage with external vendors and agencies as needed for development and organization of high-quality content
- All other special projects and duties, as requested
