Join our team as a Property Manager!
Gorman & Company is seeking a highly skilled, experienced Property Manager to join our team at our affordable housing community in Denver, CO. As a Property Manager at The Stella, you'll take ownership of the daily operations, drive financial performance, foster a strong team culture, and ensure regulatory compliance.
The Stella (132-units) is an affordable housing community within Denver, featuring LIHTC & PBV. Here, you'll play a vital role in creating a well-managed, welcoming community where our residents can thrive.

What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and manage an on-site team focused on excellence and accountability.
- Maintain strong occupancy by building strong relationships with prospective and current residents.
- Oversee leasing, compliance, and resident recertifications for LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing programs.
- Drive performance through budget planning, expense control, and revenue optimization.
- Conduct unit inspections, manage maintenance coordination, and uphold property standards.
- Partner with community organizations to enhance resident support.
- Build a vibrant resident culture by planning and promoting on-site events and activities.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing or with LIHTC, HUD, or PBV programs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service mindset.
- Experience with property management systems (RealPage preferred) and general computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related coursework or certifications a plus.
