JOB TITLE: Dining Maintenance Part Time JOB PURPOSE: Part time position to provide for repair and maintenance of dining facility equipment ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Preventative maintenance on dining refrigeration equipment. Preventative maintenance and repair on dining equipment Schedule and record keeping of grease traps cleaning and inspections Schedule cleaning of hoods over dining equipment Work with outside vendors for equipment repair MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/GED Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) that is compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience with dining equipment maintenance Ability to read and follow service manuals and parts diagrams Electrical troubleshooting skills REQUIRED APPLICATION MATERIALS: Complete the online application.
