What You Will Do

This role is designed for a motivated engineer looking to gain hands-on exposure across multiple functions within manufacturing, research and development, and our capital engineering team. Through a structured rotational program, you will develop a deep understanding of our processes, technologies, engineering best practices, and leadership skills. Engineers will rotate between Green Bay Broadway mill, in our Consumer Products Group Engineering Team (located in Green Bay, WI) and our Neenah Technical Center R&D Facility (located in Neenah, WI). Some parts of this rotation will have opportunities to travel as part of the role. Each rotation will provide an opportunity to gain experience in various areas of engineering, provide meaningful contributions to the organization and help you determine your specific areas of fulfillment within engineering.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.).
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to relocate per program requirements.
  • Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2026.
  • Ability and willingness to travel based on rotational needs.

What Will Put You Ahead

* Enrolled and currently pursuing a degree in a Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Pulp & Paper Science, or related Engineering degree program
