What You Will Do

  • Apply Engineering and Process Expertise: Analyze technical data, specifications, or process parameters to support design, optimization, and implementation efforts grounded in engineering fundamentals.
  • Contribute to Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying and researching creative, cost-effective solutions or process enhancements that address current challenges and align with market and regulatory conditions.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams-including project managers, operators, quality, suppliers, and customers-to gather information, coordinate activities, and drive project or process success.
  • Engage in Data-Driven Problem Solving: Collect and analyze relevant data, perform root cause analysis, and apply structured decision-making tools to identify issues and support effective resolutions.
  • Communicate Proactively and Transparently: Prepare clear documentation, status updates, and presentations to ensure alignment and foster open communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability: Track assigned tasks and deliverables through project or process lifecycles, proactively managing risks and supporting successful implementation and follow-up.
  • Maintain Customer and Systems Focus: Understand customer requirements and how individual projects or processes integrate into broader systems to drive value creation and optimize outcomes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Enrolled in a degree or alternative program. (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.)
  • Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2028
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program of Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
