Description and Requirements

This position is for a Operations Analyst in the Cloud and Software team. This is an exciting role within our software organization that will lead business operations data gathering, operational excellence, business analysis and drive efficiency efforts within our rapidly growing software organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead strategy for business optimization and overall operational efficiency
  • Own aggregation, collection, and analysis of business unit spending across entire software product portfolio
  • Consistently engage and network with globally located executive leaders, team managers and individual contributors to gain business insights
  • Lead identification of areas of greatest optimization potential and recommend options for improving
  • Review current and past financial data and identify key trends
  • Drive regular executive-level briefings to:
    • Propose new optimization and efficiency efforts
    • Provide regular updates on approved optimization and efficiency initiatives
  • Support review of resources and determination of best use to achieve business key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support ongoing business reporting, including building and setting of yearly business expense plans
  • Engage with internal finance teams to synchronize financial data
  • Engage with global 3rd party vendors to identify optimization opportunities, including staffing agencies as well as software tooling providers
  • Support segment product leaders to ensure easy access to near real-time, accurate, expense information and trends
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field.
  • Experience in business operations, business analysis, of financial data/analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive results in competitive retail environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on deadlines and goals.
