Responsibilities: Work with a team of engineers and technicians to perform wafer fabrication processes for diode products. The individual will operate semiconductor fabrication equipment for processing steps related to Photolithography. Operate Mask Aligners and developers. Work with wet and dry chemical etch and high temperature diffusion furnace operations. Process wafers according to detailed wafer traveler documentation Work closely with a team of Process and Design Engineers. Perform detailed inspection of completed work product. Summarize and communicate findings accurately to engineering team and management as needed. Individual must adhere to industry and company quality and safety standards. Requirements: High School Diploma or AS degree preferred At least six months of manufacturing experience, preferably in a clean room environment. Experience working with chemicals a strong plus Physical Requirements/Work Environment This position primarily works in a Class 100 cleanroom environment. The employee must be able to suit up and wear cleanroom attire for extended periods. The ability to operate equipment utilizing a microscope is essential. * This position requires access to technology, material, software or hardware that is controlled by export laws of the US.
