POSITION: General Shop Supervisor

LOCATION: Chatsworth, California

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for assisting production activities that require a broad knowledge of various processes, operations, and machines.
• Assure training is conducted of new employees and aides employees with questions regarding work standards.
• Responsible for overseeing and monitoring of production to ensure quality and performs verifications and inspections of products and machines.
• Assist in minor troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment when necessary.
• Responsible for and assisting the documentation of all department functions.
• Other Job duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior hands on work experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Able to work under minimal supervision.
• Able to lift, push and pull carts and product within legal standards.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Punctual and reliable person.
• Must exhibit good judgment. Personal as well as Professional integrity. Self-motivated (independent)
• Must possess good communication and hands on skills.

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 / year
