Loan Servicing Specialist 1

As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for all things mortgage and consumer loan servicing. You'll:

• Deliver exceptional service to members and internal teams via helpline and secure email.
• Process payments and payoffs with precision and care.
• Handle payoff requests from members, title companies, and dealers.
• Manage lien releases and ensure accurate documentation.
• Track final title policies and recorded mortgage docs to secure Summit's lien position.
• Keep our mailroom humming-sort, prep, and dispatch with efficiency.
• Be a collaborative teammate and a friendly face for new hires.

• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for real estate or lending coursework).
• 1+ year of experience in a retail lending environment.
• A knack for numbers and detail-oriented work.
• Strong interpersonal skills-you're a people person!
• Familiarity with mortgage servicing laws and regulations.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
