Job Title: Fleet Project Manager (Remote) Pay Rate: $50.00/hr. on w2 without benefits Location: 1359 Broadway, 19th Floor New York, 10018 Duration: 36+ months Must Have: Transportation/ Fleet experience. Minimum 3 years of experience required. Bachelor's degree. Salesforce. NEIS. Microsoft Office. Roles and Responsibilities: Support the technical assistance intake and application process for truck and school bus fleet operators. Review and approve applications including scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for technical assistance. Support and manage all aspects of technical assistance projects including technical review (specifically on validity of route analysis, charging plan development, and site planning), client engagement, and progress/budget tracking Engage with utilities to coordinate on Fleet Electrification Plans (FEPs) Support broad engagement with trucking fleets and school districts, and school bus contractors to inform them about programs Track, document, and report on projects as needed. Other duties as assigned that contribute toward the key outcomes of the Clean Transportation team. Required Skills: Strong project management skills to be able to oversee many projects at the same time. Ability to competently and confidently interact with outside stakeholders *including trucking fleets, school districts and school bus operators, consultants, and utilities. Strong IT system fluency or ability to learn systems quickly. Ability to stay organized and follow or set processes for managing many projects is essential.
