Job Title: Attorney (Part-time) Pay Rate: $50.00/hr. on w2 without benefits Location: 40 HOWARD AVENUE, Cranston, RI 02920 Duration: 3+ months Working hours: 15 Hrs/week Must: Legal experience with contracts, legal agreements, and other legal documents. Currently hold and maintain Rhode Island Bar Association membership. Roles and Responsibilities: Review legal standards and in-house policies: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and business operations. To assist in access to public records responses. Draft and negotiate legal documents: Including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Identify potential legal issues and proposing preventative measures Required Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
