The Receptionist position will support Diamondback's Corporate office guest experience as the first point of contact. They will assist the Office Manager with supporting the office space including maintaining breakroom supplies, office supplies and other locations occupied by personnel. The position requires a strong attention to detail, willingness to multitask many projects and provide a positive guest interaction for both our external clients and fellow coworkers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the guest experience and ensure a personal, friendly experience for anyone coming into the office, and maintain complete accessibility in both availability and warmth of character

  • Receive phone calls, open and sort mail, coordinate mailings, including FedEx, and incoming packages and deliveries

  • Monitor the office supply state and order items as needed

  • Drop off and pick up of items requiring hand delivery

  • Coordinate food delivery as needed

  • Oversee office interactions, responding to requests and questions

  • Support office efficiency by organizing procedures, handling correspondence, and maintaining appearance of common areas

  • Assist with budgets and reports related to assigned duties Other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • At least one (1) year of experience in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Office administration experience

  • Experience at an Oil and Gas producer

  • Experience developing internal systems and processes

  • Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
