The Manager Special Projects - Business Architecture will be responsible to support the Business Architecture tower of the Energy Delivery Program (EDP). The Energy Delivery Program is a multi-year transformational program for customer operations and customer services across the WEC Energy Group footprint. Within the Energy Delivery Program team, Business Architecture is responsible for oversight and coordination of all developed business processes, including documentation of processes, facilitation of process mapping, advocating for the business, collaboration with various program and project teams. The intent is that this position will be a part of the Energy Delivery Program for the duration of the program and will be incorporated into operations at the conclusion of the program. This will ensure knowledge and skills gained through work on the program will continue to support operations and maintain business processes support for the organization. Job Responsibilities

End Date: 09/17/2025 Pay Range Minimum: $117,004.94 Pay Range Maximum: $175,507.54 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
