This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.

Position Summary:
The Junior Executive Assistant (JEA) provides high-level administrative, operational, and project support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and collaborates closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and execution across Eskaton's leadership team. This position blends traditional executive assistant responsibilities with cross-departmental support, strategic project coordination, and research. The JEA plays a key role in fostering collaboration between executives, departments, and external stakeholders while ensuring organizational priorities are met.

The starting salary for this position is $75,000 annually. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

  • Operations, IT & cross-departmental support
  • Project & event coordination
  • Customer service & reception oversight
  • Compliance & confidentiality
  • Providing cross-coverage for other Executive Assistants


Qualifications

Education:
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or Information Technology preferred.

Training and Experience:
Minimum of 1 year supporting C-level executives in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role. Experience in project coordination, IT/operations support, and collaboration with multiple executives strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel - pivot tables, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Pro. Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, and IT systems a plus.

Professional Skills:



  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience working as part of an EA team.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.


The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen. All new hires are required to sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment.
