What You'll Do

• Develop and execute business plans to grow private duty home care services.
• Identify new markets and opportunities to expand reach and revenue.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to promote services.
• Provide strategic guidance to local leaders while they manage compliance and daily operations.
• Establish KPIs for growth, client satisfaction, and financial health.
• Innovate care offerings to deliver premium experiences for private pay clients.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in private duty home care or similar healthcare services.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role with proven success in business growth.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare trends, legislation, and market dynamics.
