Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Senior Staff Professional to join our dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. You'll hold a key role in our planning process. Partner with Marketing and Engineering teams to align financial strategies with business goals and drive cross-functional collaboration.

What You Can Expect

  • Develop cost models for bleeding-edge products as part of our strategic process

  • Provide sensitivity analysis on product costs

  • Evaluate comparisons between similar products to assess for constancy and communicate variance drivers

  • Partner with cross-functional teams

  • Do variance analyses of actuals vs forecast

  • Seek process improvements and drive them to completion

  • Other reports and ad-hoc analysis as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting or related fields and 5+ years of related professional experience

  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or cost accounting

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Experience in business partnering with cross-functional teams, particularly in Marketing and Engineering

  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

  • Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

109,100 - 161,510, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
