Military Partnerships Staff Officer

As a defense mission professional, you'll bring your analytical and strategic expertise to work on projects for Partnership capabilities. You'll Contribute to the activities of the Partnerships as well as contribute to develop and deliver briefings to senior officers and decision makers as it relates to Partnerships. You'll assist in the development of policies, directives, and process refinement related to Partnerships and you'll directly support senior Partnership leadership.

You Have:

• Experience working in the field of foreign or international security, international cooperation, defense, or military affairs
• Experience working in an International Organization, including in a defense or security position, or within a national mission, delegation, or embassy to an IO in a defense or security position
• Knowledge of security sector reform or defense and security capacity building, defense planning, military capability development, or military applications of operations research
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Secret clearance
• Master's degree in International Relations, International Security, International Development, Military Technology, Military Operations Research, Foreign Policy, Public Affairs, or Political Science

• Experience working in the NATO Enterprise

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
