Learning Strategist, Sales Enablement - MillerKnoll Overview MillerKnoll is seeking a Learning Strategist to join our Sales Enablement team, focused on the healthcare, education, and government segments. Partnering closely with the Practice Director (who owns the overall segment enablement strategy) and a Learning Specialist, this role is responsible for developing and implementing the learning strategy that equips MillerKnoll employees and dealer partners to succeed in these priority markets. The Learning Strategist ensures learning is strategic, tailored, and impactful-designing experiences that are aligned to business priorities, grounded in adult learning best practices, and personalized by role, level, and practice group to drive relevance and adoption.
