As a Junior Buyer at Everbridge, you will support the procurement team in the administrative and system driven aspects of purchasing goods and services essential to our organization. You will learn procurement fundamentals while working under close supervision and gaining exposure to supplier interactions, internal processes, and compliance standards. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals transitioning into procurement, offering hands-on training and exposure to procurement processes with a focus on growth and development.

What You'll Do:
  • Support the procurement team with administrative tasks such as maintaining purchase records, updating systems, and processing purchase orders.
  • Assist in collecting supplier information, quotes, and documentation for review by senior team members.
  • Perform data entry and generate reports to track procurement activities.
  • Help monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Communicate with internal teams to clarify requirements and confirm order details.
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build knowledge of procurement practices.
  • Provide general support to the procurement function, including filing, record-keeping, and responding to routine inquiries.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 0-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles (internships or academic projects a plus).
  • Interest in building a career in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with procurement systems a plus.
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $49,000 - $62,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
