NURSE SVC MGR 1 SURGICAL ACUTE-7W Full Time 85985BR Job Summary Manages nursing and administrative operations in specific patient care areas. Implements changes to patient workflows and operational processes. Maintains 24 hour line management responsibility for the administration of fiscal, material and human resources. Direct reports are typically supervisor level. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $234,800 - $256,600 (Annual Rate). The St. Mary Telemetry unit is a 30-bed telemetry unit that cares for a diverse patient population requiring an elevated level of monitoring or specialized telemetry care. Both units are staffed with a dedicated team of nurses and ancillary care partners to ensure the highest quality of care. Required Qualifications
