We are seeking highly detail-oriented candidates who excel at multitasking, demonstrate advanced critical thinking, and can quickly adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have proven strategic problem-solving abilities and a strong aptitude for building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Success in this role requires exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms, as well as the ability to communicate seamlessly and align objectives across multiple projects. Responsibilities include managing several analytical and strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and proactively collaborating with clients and the FVP to drive outstanding results.

CAREER LEVEL DESCRIPTION: This entry-level position is best suited for recent college graduates or candidates with equivalent experience who are working toward a relevant professional qualification. Structured training and hands-on learning are provided, with progression possible from either Business Support or Operations Career Streams.

KNOWLEDGE: Candidates should possess a strong foundation in business principles, theories, and concepts, typically gained through a college degree, equivalent coursework, or related experience in Business Support or Operations. Advanced Microsoft Suite skills and CRM usage are required.

PROBLEM COMPLEXITY: The role involves resolving issues of limited scope and complexity by leveraging resources, following established procedures, and maintaining a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & TYPICAL EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION: A college degree is preferred. Work performance is closely supervised and regularly reviewed, with adherence to clear, specific, and detailed guidelines.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
