Position Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for an Order Fulfillment Specialist at a company in Janesville, WI. This is a temporary position for 2nd shift. Apply today! Order Fulfillment Specialist Responsibilities: - Lead initiation of the scheduling and routing processes for all outbound shipments, working cross functionally with transportation counterparts, as well as customer contact points - Utilize systems to monitor expected outbound shipments, expediting fulfillment where opportunities exist, managing customer expectations when issues are presented - Ensure scheduled and routed shipments are completed on time to customer expectations, quickly escalating process challenges when appropriate - Assist with the initiation of the shipping process across distribution facilities daily Requirements for Order Fulfillment Specialist: - Associate's degree or equivalent experience - At least one year of relevant distribution or fulfillment experience with leading technologies - In depth knowledge of end to end OTC business processes including areas such as Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Invoice Management and Inventory Segmentation and Management preferred - Extensive experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint preferred - Strong attention to detail, outstanding analytical skills, and exceptional communication/interpersonal skills - Desire to seek out improvement opportunities from both a process and system standpoint - Ability to drive results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty - Strong cross-functional collaborator, team player, highly motivated with an upbeat personality and a positive attitude - Excellent decision-making skills with a customer focus - Has a global mindset and can communicate effectively across a global organization janesvilleresumes@qpsemployment.com IND028 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
