Position Title: Production
Wage: $17.00/hour Shift: 12 Hour Day or Night (Rotating) Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm or 7:00pm - 7:00am We have an exciting opportunity for you to a make a difference! Join our team and have the opportunity to grow with us! We are looking for an Production Operator to work in our Richfield, WI manufacturing facility that produces plastic components for the Healthcare Industry! The Production Operator is responsible to ensure the automation cell continues running by answering alarms, loading springs or plastic components, and verifies inventory is available and pulled. With this opportunity you will be able to interact with cutting edge automation equipment. Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Load materials into hoppers and manage inventory using RF scanners - Conduct visual inspections of incoming parts - Monitor automation cell performance, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with team members - Maintain cleanliness in the work area and follow cleanroom requirements Production Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous manufacturing and RF scanner experience a plus - Adequate computer and math skills - Experience with automation machines/equipment is a plus - Mechanical aptitude - Detail-oriented to be able to accurately verify part numbers - Ability to identify problems - Ability to multi-task - Ability to visually inspect product and identify defects as defined by the work instructions - Ability to use powered pallet jacks - Ability to stand and move throughout the shift - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, kneel and twist - Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE as required per ISO standards QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
