The Mid Market Account Manager focuses on the future of Southwest's workforce by acting as a Trusted Advisor for the New Jersey region. This role involves nurturing and growing customer relationships to establish preferred carrier partnerships with midsize businesses and organizations. The goal is to expand market share for a $10 million portfolio. The Mid Market Account Manager is a strong communicator who is strategic and comfortable working autonomously to provide effective portfolio management in complex markets and territories to drive incremental revenue for Southwest. Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $74,950 per year to $83,300 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
