Job Title:Human Resources Coordinator

Location:Houma, LA

Job Overview: A Human Resources Coordinator supervises and coordinates daily work activity of HR staff in relation to all phases of facilities human resources activities.

Key Responsibilities:



  • The key responsibilities of the position will be supervising and coordinating the daily work activities of the facility.


Experience:



  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or Oracle experience is preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.


Skills and Abilities:



  • Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills along with being self-motivated.
  • Should have a general knowledge of employment laws and Human Resources policies, procedures and programs as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must have basic computer skills using MS Office programs such as MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc. and the ability to supervise personnel.
