General Function:

The Flagship Store Director drives Ray-Ban's success by leading the cafe team to deliver a one-of-a-kind brand experience. This role manages events, partners with the F&B team, oversees associates, ensures customer satisfaction, steers financial performance, and leads community and marketing activations while upholding brand standards.

The Flagship Store Director brings the Ray-Ban brand to life at the new Ray-Ban Cafe through activations, community engagement, and social storytelling. Serving as the store's cultural heartbeat, this role leads events, builds influencer relationships, and delivers brand experiences aligned with global guidelines.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Develops and executes strategies to drive traffic, revenue, and customer growth through community partnerships, events, and brand activations.
  • Works with F&B operator to ensure operations meet brand standards.
  • Leads new product launches and brand experiences to elevate the customer journey.
  • Ensures alignment with brand guidelines across activations, visual merchandising, and in-store communications.
  • Manages and develops employees, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Delivers excellent customer service and models professionalism.
  • Serves as a cultural ambassador for the Ray-Ban brand, inspiring staff and consumers.
  • Engages the community through influencer outreach and localized social storytelling.
  • Creates and executes store action plans based on P&L, sales trends, payroll, and staffing goals.
  • Reviews reports and inventory to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Partners with Regional Manager and corporate to maintain visual and operational excellence.
  • Resolves service or efficiency issues impacting store performance.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.



Basic Qualifications:



  • 6+ years of retail management experience within a high-volume, complex business environment
  • Marketing and/or retail event planning experience

    • Visual communicator and storyteller- an eye for capturing content in a Ray-Ban way.


  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships and influence support partners within local communities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physical activities include ability to be on your feet often, lift up to 40 lbs., while engaging in repetitive motions, bending, kneeling, twisting, stretching, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking, reaching and/or using a step stool on a frequent basis
  • Food and Beverage experience


Pay Range: 60,525.60-102,672.80

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
