Description Create, revise and maintain style guidelines for various document types within KAE's document control system. Coordinate Document Control and Retention System including, but not limited to, maintain and organize file system, and controlled document control numbering system. Input required data into computer databases when necessary. Review work instructions for completeness. Log completed work instructions and scan into Shared drive. Upload documents. Maintain complete and open lines of communication with all other personnel, functions, or departments to facilitate operations and interactions in the company. Must demonstrate the following emotional intelligence skills: Emotional Empathy Positive Attitude Excellent Communication Skills Flexibility / Adaptability Interpersonal Skills Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
