Where Your Career is a Force for Good! We are currently seeking a Volunteer Recruitment Representative for the state of Arkansas. Preferred location Jonesboro AR area. This position will work 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, and some weekends and evenings will be required during times of business need. Travel: Will involve some travel throughout the region. This dynamic position blends strategic planning, relationship-building, and hands-on leadership to recruit, onboard, train, and retain a passionate, diverse volunteer force. Scope: Individual contributor that is fully proficient in applying subject matter knowledge; knowledge based acquired from several years of experience in particular area. Works independently; may instruct or coach other professionals. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Bachelor's degree required. Skills & Abilities: Ability to work on a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple and continuously evolving priorities effectively. Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of group dynamics, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively implement programs is preferred. Travel: Will involve some travel throughout the region. * Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).
