Job Title: FSA Software Validation Analyst
Location: Allen Park, MI.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or similar discipline.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple dynamic priorities.
  • Strong project management skills with the capability of organizing & managing numerous projects simultaneously from inception/feasibility, through implementation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with other areas of OEM, Engineers, Marketing, and management on a regular basis.
  • Analytical abilities to collect, organize and interpret data to help drive decisions and execute projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to self-manage, be a team player and demonstrate initiative.
  • Proven skills to liaise effectively between teams and vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work in white space and support new processes.
  • Experience or firm understanding of automotive service repair process.


Description:

  • Project management support of ongoing software validation work for field service actions. Attend daily meetings as required. Follow up to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support delivery of the FSA Software Validation efforts for Service Engineering Operations and OEM Customer Service Division.
  • Support the delivery of FSA Remedy Software Audits for Service Engineering Operations and OEM Customer Service Division.
  • Analyze, identify, and implement FSA Software Validation actions, including working with cross-functional activities.
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and escalate as needed.
  • Focus on early identification of issues.
  • Champion for the voice of the dealer and customer.
  • Support development of action plans for top issues or emerging issues.
