Are you passionate about social impact, employee engagement, and operational excellence? As an Allstate Engagement & Foundation Operations Intern, you'll help drive the internal heartbeat of The Allstate Foundation-supporting programs that connect employees and agents to purpose-driven initiatives while ensuring the Foundation runs smoothly and strategically.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate philanthropy, data analysis, event coordination, and process improvement-all while contributing to meaningful change

What You'll Do

Allstate Engagement (Approx. 50%)

  • Support initiatives that increase employee and agent participation in philanthropic programs likeGood Hands Grantsand volunteerism.
  • Help create communications and outreach materials to promote engagement opportunities across Allstate.
  • Analyze participation data to uncover trends and identify opportunities for deeper impact.
  • Assist with logistics for internal events and campaigns, includingFamily Service DayandLeadership Conference service activations.

Foundation Operations & Governance (Approx. 50%)

  • Conduct data analysis to support grantmaking and operational efficiency.
  • Help refine internal processes and documentation to strengthen governance and compliance.
  • Contribute to reports and presentations for leadership and board stakeholders.
  • Support budget tracking and financial reconciliation as needed.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's (junior/senior preferred) in Business, Nonprofit Management, Public Policy, Social Impact, Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communicator-both written and verbal-with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven team.
  • Passionate about employee engagement, philanthropy, and making a difference.
