Program Manager (IT Services) Silver Spring, MD (Remote) Pay From: $80.00 per hour MUST: Active DoD Top Secret SCI Experienced Program Manager Strong IT Services experience 10+ years of Technical Program Management Experience 10 years' experience in an IT related field 5+ years' experience supervising large IT Service contracts of similar dollar value and complexity Strong communication skills both written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong customer service skills PMP certification Highly desired ITIL V3 certification Bachelor's Degree DUTIES: Program Manager will continuously manage and track adequate levels of project management, technical resources, quality assurance, scheduling, budget, and financial controls throughout the performance of this contract. Program Manager shall plan, direct, control, measure, monitor, and report to the DoD OIG on all activities relating to the requirements of this PWS. Program Manager shall ensure that all personnel are provided the necessary program management tools, guidance, plans, processes, procedures, and resources to comprehensively execute and manage this contract.
