Overview
In this role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of business systems and processes to enhance efficiency and ensure successful delivery. Your responsibilities include training development and delivery, maintaining data quality, and aligning workflows with corporate standards. You will oversee application strategies and manage system releases to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations. Job Responsibilities:
Strategy and Leadership
- Lead the implementation, standardization, and optimization of business systems and processes to enhance delivery, operational efficiency, and data quality
- Develop and execute a comprehensive application strategy that aligns with the company's goals, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization
- Support organizational change management through effective communication, procedural updates, and alignment with business objectives
- Provide mentorship and supvervision to team members
- System Oversight and Management
- Oversee release management for business systems, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating deployments to minimize disruptions and ensure successful rollouts
- Establish protocols for testing, validation, and quality assurance during system updates and releases to ensure compliance with industry standards and corporate policies
- Monitor data flow across systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and enterprise data reliability, while addressing actionable feedback for continuous improvement
- Analyze metrics, user feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and system improvements
- Governance, Reporting and Compliance
- Create and maintain reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization
- Ensure governance and compliance in coordination with the other groups and departments
- Training and Documentation
- Develop, update, and maintain policies, procedures, training materials, and system documentation to support project teams and corporate standards
- Deliver training sessions and materials to ensure system adoption, user competence, and alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards
- Collaboration and Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate system updates, upgrades, and communication of changes to stakeholders
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to optimize systems, processes, and workflows
- Audit system data, resolve deviations, and educate teams on best practices, workflows, and enhanced functionalities through direct support and training
- Travel to jobsites and regional offices as needed to provide hands-on support, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with corporate tools and practices
- Other duties which may be assigned as needed
Education & Years of Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7+ years of experience (Business Administration, Computer Science, or Construction Management preferred), or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree; 1-2+ years of supervisory experience preferred

- Proficiency with AEC project management applications (e.g., Procore)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite of apps
- Experience using business intelligence tools and systems (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience in the use of ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
