This role is critical in ensuring loans are closed within 24 hours, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and investor guideline adherence. The processor will handle a queue of 40-50 loans, performing corrections and restructuring as needed. Responsibilities: * Process and correct loan files to meet 24-hour closing deadlines. * Review and update Cash to Close, DTI, and Seller Credits at closing. * Restructure loans based on last-minute changes and investor requirements. * Analyze borrower documentation including credit reports, bank statements, and income verification. * Apply Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines to ensure compliance. * Perform clean-up tasks on partially processed files; no single owner per file. * Add loan conditions and initiate chats with Branch Operations for resolution. * Ensure all changes and updates align with investor standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications * 3-5 years of loan processing experience , closing or loan origination * Experience from credit unions, mortgage lenders * Be able to identify documents, identify what a large deposit is * Need to know the standards of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines * Processing a minimum of conventional loans - home loans, a variety of loans * Encompass preferred Experience Level Intermediate Level FULLY ONSITE FIRST SHIFT*** Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
