One of our top clients Learning and Development team is seeking a dedicated Early Careers Lead to oversee and enhance their early careers initiatives across North America. This role is crucial in supporting the development of junior talent and ensuring the success of our early career's programs. *Responsibilities Include: * * Manage specific internal graduate and internal programs, acting as a visible role model continuously seeking improvement. * Program Opportunities:Work with the Early Careers Manager to identify and develop new program opportunities in the region. * Recruitment Support:Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support the recruitment process, including participating in interviews, assessment centers, and attending career fairs. * Diversity and Inclusion:Embed diversity and inclusion into all early careers initiatives, ensuring a diverse pipeline of future leaders. * Operational Excellence:Manage the end-to-end process for in-region talent, including onboarding, induction, development, and transition from early careers programs, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for participants. * Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with internal stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition, business leads, and People Business Partners, to align program objectives with business needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience. * Talent Development:Coach early-in-career talent throughout their development programs, offering guidance and feedback to support their career goals and skill expansion. * Data and Analytics:Utilize data insights to support program evolutions, focusing on opportunities to expand across regions, product lines, business areas, and talent pools. * External Relationships:Develop and maintain relationships with key universities and external organizations to support talent attraction and program success. Manage day-to-day relationships with regional suppliers. * Program Evaluation:Run reports and analyze data to feed into the L&D dashboard, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement of early careers programs. * Training and Development:Create and deliver training programs that support the development of talent within and across all Early Careers Development Programs, partnering with the broader L&D team to align goals and messaging. * Marketing and Branding:Ensure all early careers internal and external marketing content is up-to-date and continuously evolves, enhancing the employer brand and candidate experience. * Partnership and Upskilling: Collaborate with our program manager, wider L&D team in sharing learning, keeping knowledge up-to-date. *Qualifications: * * Program Management:Proven experience in managing early careers or similar development programs. * Stakeholder Management:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders. * Data-Driven:Proficient in using data to drive decisions and measure program success. * Creativity and Innovation:Ability to design and implement innovative learning solutions that engage early careers talent. * Diversity and Inclusion:Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within early careers programs. * Digital Proficiency:Comfortable with digital tools and platforms that enhance learning and development. * Communication:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. * Insurance experience preferred *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
