Bitsight is a fast-growing SaaS startup that has already established itself as the standard in the

nascent security ratings market. Bitsight Security Ratings help companies manage the

information security risk associated with their third parties to understand the full extent of risk they are assuming by entering into a relationship. Our easy to understand ratings are integrated into processes at organizations ranging from the Fortune 100 to state Universities.

The Consultant partners with clients to ensure the successful implementation, customization, optimization, and ongoing management of Bitsight's solutions. In this role, you will oversee the daily activities of Analysts assigned to your accounts, ensuring that SLAs and quality standards are consistently met. While you take ownership of your responsibilities, you will also receive guidance and direction from a Senior Consultant to support your growth and success.

Consultants are well organized and strategic thinkers. Strong communication skills are important as this role will require you to present to senior leaders and provide recommendations with the requisite justification. This is a great position for a self-starter who's looking for an opportunity to shine in a role in a growing, high priority, division of a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Directly support and operate clients' Bitsight programs, as jointly defined with each client

  • Manage client programs to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by client leadership

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients

  • Collaborate with internal team members to:

    • Execute client initiatives

    • Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues

    • Report on engagement progress

  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Support, Sales, and Product teams

  • Develop executive-level reports, materials, and presentations

  • Set follow-up actions and communicate regular updates on active findings to all stakeholders

  • Complete risk assessments in accordance with client requirements and internal best practices

  • Become a power user of Bitsight products, services, and capabilities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles

  • Eagerness to learn about Cybersecurity and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

  • Proven track record in consulting, customer success, support, or sales with strong project management skills

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Capable of following basic troubleshooting procedures

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong planning and organizational abilities

  • Preferred experience or knowledge in:

    • TPRM

    • CISSP certification or similar cybersecurity/information risk fields

    • Salesforce and Google Suite

    • Remote collaboration and teaming tools

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US$70,000 to $90,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight's good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant. Bitsight also offers a competitive benefits package, including but not but limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; flexible time off; a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities; life and disability insurance; and tuition reimbursement.
