About the Role: The Clinical Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and coordination of clinical services within our healthcare facilities located at SPM HQ and S HQ. This position is responsible for overseeing patient safety protocols, managing clinical staff schedules, and facilitating effective communication between multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes. The Clinical Coordinator will also lead clinical research initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards. By integrating clinical assessments and managed care principles, the role supports continuous quality improvement and enhances the delivery of pediatric and adult healthcare services.
