Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master, you'll be the heartbeat of Agile execution facilitating team success, removing roadblocks, and driving continuous improvement. You'll coach and guide Agile teams within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment, ensuring alignment with Program Increment (PI) goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
- Facilitate team communication, coordination, and commitment tracking.
- Remove impediments and support high-performing team dynamics.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and System Engineers to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Promote Agile maturity and built-in quality through coaching and experimentation.
- Maintain team metrics and information radiators to drive transparency and improvement.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master on large technical programs.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Rally, VersionOne, IBM PCM.
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Experience with hardware/software integration and testing.
- Familiarity with Kanban, CI/CD, test automation, and Agile transformation initiatives.
