Job Overview: RWJBH is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director for our Admission Transition Unit at the New Brunswick campus. The Admission Unit is an inpatient unit primarily for patients who require a higher level of care and closer monitoring, referred to as intermediate care, IMC, Nurses in AU are highly valued, as they are able to provide extraordinary care to patients across all populations, including telemetry/cardiology, respiratory, neurology, trauma, orthopedics, and oncology, These patients are admitted directly from the ER or other hospitals and remain under the care of the AU team until deemed appropriate to transition to one of the floors, The AU team demonstrates expertise, flexibility, resilience, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and teamwork, Qualifications: Required:
