More information is available at www.alliant.com. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for supporting Alliant's mid-market client (100-10,000 employees) leave support program - Alliant Leave Advantage (ALA). This includes providing customer service and overall support for the Alliant Leave Advantage book of business, including assistance with strategy for clients' leave administration and disability programs, as well as education to internal core teams on industry best practices and offerings. Partner with absence, disability, and life (ADL) consultants, compliance consultants, and carrier partners as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Fosters and manages relationships with internal partners and clients, ensuring retention of mid-market book of business with high satisfaction. Provides support for leave RFPs. Supports Alliant's core account service team in selecting which carrier partners to solicit for leave administration services Tracks and documents leave carrier partner performance in each RFP for short and long term disability and leave administration services. Meets with Alliant core account service teams to discuss client plan strategy, could include renewal planning. May assist as needed to consult on implementation best practices. Ensures that the client team handles ALA-related client inquiries and manages the team to effectively service ALA clients; resolves escalated carrier partner service issues. Assist with implementation calls between client and carrier partner as appropriate. Meets with clients as needed or directed by ALA account executive. Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information). Help develop and support innovative and effective solutions for Alliant's mid-market Absence, Disability, and Life (ADL) practice by partnering with the sales and account teams, Alliant Leave Advantage team members, the national Alliant Employee Benefits compliance team, and other national Alliant Employee Benefits teams. Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Eight (8) or more years related work experience Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor Valid Insurance License Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal SKILLS Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills Good leadership, problem solving and time management skills Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork We are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
