SUMMARY
Responsible for handling various administrative functions necessary for the effective operation of a branch office including the areas of marketing and sales administration, client meetings, new business enrollments and processing, branch office operations and administration, compliance, IT support, and general administrative support to branch office leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support by coordinating new client meetings and preparing enrollments.
Client appointment preparation (quotes, illustrations, plan selection, etc.) and send appropriate materials to client.
Initiate client enrollments into insurance plans ensuring all pending information is received, entered and completed.
Provide marketing and CRM system training, administration and implementation.
Initiate new business processing and case management operations.
Confidentially handle client files, maintaining accurate records and security of files in alignment with compliance procedures and standards.
Provide front desk receptionist responsibilities including answering main office phone and greeting clients and visitors.
Resolves escalated client/prospect concerns or issues and works independently on closing/writing applications.
Acts as a resource to the team by sharing their knowledge of the different lines of business product types and answering questions as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Three (3) or more years of administrative experience in a sales or recruiting environment, a health/life insurance agency, or a financial services office
Experience with Senior Health Insurance/Medicare plans - quoting, plan selection, client enrollment
Active Health & Life Insurance License
SKILLS
Knowledge of the general industry procedures, standards, systems, resources, practices, and terminology
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws as well as industry regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders
Excellent analytical, problem solving, time management, and presentation skills
Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while remaining flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests

Proficient in Microsoft Suite
