Essential Functions (Key Roles & Responsibilities)
Retrieve and deliver requested supplies to Team.
Develop expertise in instruments and specialty supplies.
Handle workloads under stressful conditions.
Assist others when needed.
Perform package integrity checks and maintain the integrity of sterile items.
Collect unused surgical supplies and return them to stock locations.
Supplement case pick process as operationally necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

0-1 years of OR/Sterile Processing experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Exceptional customer service and problem solving.

Ability to understand and use medical terminology.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of EPIC and SPM preferred.
