The Quality Assurance Supervisor is directly responsible for the management, performance and supervision of their direct reports within the Quality Assurance team. This individual will work across all Service teams and therefore requires a thorough understanding of cross-functional processes and policies. In collaboration with their Senior Manager, the supervisor will lead the team to establish, implement and maintain quality assurance programs to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Major Areas of Accountability





Team Leadership:




  • Daily management including coaching and development of their direct report team.
  • Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to maximize the productivity of the team.
  • Hold the team to high standards and leads by example suggesting ways to improve quality standards across all Service teams.
  • Support recruitment and hiring of quality assurance specialists.
  • Create and deliver performance reviews and identify annual goals and objectives for the team. to individual team members based.
  • Provide a leadership presence throughout the department to effectively influence results and manage conflict resolution and problem solving.



Quality Program:



  • Create and maintain quality assurance standards, scorecards and procedures (SOP) in accordance with all Comfort Medical and Coloplast policies and values.
  • Oversee quality processes and coordinate workflows to meet quality review expectations.
  • Work in collaboration with leadership team to determine and establish KPIs as well as reporting needs to track and maintain quality service.
  • Lead quality calibration sessions with key stakeholders to ensure standards meet business needs.
  • Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available to support quality assurance initiatives.
  • Work across teams and business functions to improve processes and procedures, and perform ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Partners closely with Training team to communicate skill and process opportunites to improve experience delivery.
  • Employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.




Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years equivalent work experience required.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a contact center environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, as needed. Highly structured approach with strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

  • Proven track record of providing coaching to improve performance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience working with Call Recording Applications and CRM systems (such as Genesys, Salesforce, Brightree.)
  • Experience building a quality program and leading a quality team

  • Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $69,239 - $103,858. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
