More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Materials Manager experienced in SAP to lead our materials management operations in Peachtree City GA with Signify.

In this role candidate you will play a key role in optimizing inventory, streamlining procurement processes, and support the company's supply chain and production goals.

  • Develop and implement strategies for materials planning, procurement, and inventory control to meet production and operational requirements.

  • Management of the raw materials and new product introductions for 2 facilities Controls and 3D printing facility.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, and delivery schedules.

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP functionalities to align with business requirements.

  • Monitor supplier performance and address quality or delivery issues promptly.

  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, utilizing inventory management systems and forecasting tools.

  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure accurate material requirements planning & ensure business continuity

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for material planning efficiency.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

More about you

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in materials management, with SAP experience

  • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Salary: $ $66,500 - $97,570

Bonus Potential : 5%
