Small Business Brand Affinity Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to collaborate with project managers in our Retail and Real Estate divisions to expand our Brand Affinity initiatives to all markets, as well as to collaborate with MARCX partners, Technology and Field Marketing to oversee various aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Brand Affinity programs. This role will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with suppliers, coordinate technology integrations, and ensure consistent, high-quality program rollouts that enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty. The suite of Brand Affinity programs includes, but is not limited to: * Comerica CoWorkSpaces * Comerica ShredSite (public document shredding service) * Comerica SmallBizCo-op
Position Responsibilities:


  • Program Launch & Expansion: Partner with Corporate Real Estate and Retail Banking teams to define launch requirements, site scope, and project plans. Coordinate with internal marketing teams (MARCX) to develop customer communications, promotional campaigns, and feedback surveys. Lead cross-divisional teams to ensure consistent and collaborative launch experiences across all sites.
  • Team, Vendor & Budget Management: Supervise launch teams and external suppliers, ensuring adherence to contracts, site documentation, and quality standards. Track and manage program budgets, process invoices, and prepare financial reports. Advise the Program Administrator on key performance indicators (KPIs) and data insights. Review Community Space utilization requests and collaborate with the Act Local team on booking execution.
  • Technology & Site integration: Oversee integration of new launch sites into internal systems such as scheduling tools, DocuSign, CRM, and Converge. Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure timely installation of brand components and digital infrastructure. Develop contingency plans and support models for new site activations.
  • Program communications and Promotions: Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring clarity and consistency across all launch phases. Train banking center staff and internal teams on program features and customer engagement strategies. Plan and execute promotional events, including grand openings, social media contests, and community outreach.
  • Day to Day Program Operations: Provide support for the Day to Day Program Operations Specialist, including CoWorkSpaces Program administration, support, reporting and SmallBizCoOp offer fulfillment.
  • Risk, Compliance & Governance: Maintain program governance and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Document and refine operational procedures to align with best practices and risk management standards.

Position Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5 years Proven ability to manager cross functional teams and external vendors
  • 5 years Strong project management skills with experience in budgeting and financial tracking
  • 3 years Familiarity with CRM systems, digital tools, and customer engagement platforms
  • 3 years Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • 2 years Experience in project management, marketing, or retail operations, preferred

Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
