What You'll Do

This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027

Coordinates the maintenance of facilities and equipment owned and/or leased by the Credit Union. Maintains maintenance and compliance records. Supports the needs of departments.

  • Organizes and maintains records- enters, dispatches and tracks work orders in Service Now. Coordinates vendor visits with branch management. Tracks weekly generator hours, SPCC checklist monthly at Pinnacle Peak and Gilbert locations.
  • Greets scheduled and unscheduled visitors related to the facilities department and directs them to appropriate area or person.
  • Directs and assists the services of: Fire suppression and alarm system tests, Landscaping, AV equipment, Janitorial, Patch and paint, Mechanical PM's (Building and Data Center), General maintenance (electrical, plumbing, cabling, office equipment installs and moves, etc.) at the Pinnacle Peak building and Gilbert.
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities.
  • Performs daily inspections at the corporate building of landscaping. parking lots, restrooms, break rooms, meeting rooms.
  • Obtain quotes, schedule, oversee and document planned and unplanned maintenance items for all credit union facilities.
  • Assists with Administrative duties for Director of Facilities.
  • Assist with the coordination of special projects (large scale moves, equipment installs, renovations, etc.)
  • Supports building events.
  • Maintains key log controls.
  • Stocks candy wall weekly
  • Makes adjustments in building temperature controls.
  • Provides AV support.
  • Unlocks offices and desks as directed.
  • Unlocks shred bins as needed.
  • Minor maintenance/repairs i.e. light bulb replacement, lock core changes, etc.
  • Performs quarterly audits of security cameras for all facilities.
  • Provides back up to the mailroom responsibilities.
  • Reads and routes incoming mail.
  • Back for monthly safety meetings.
  • Preventative maintenance schedules.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED (General Education Development) Required
  • 1 to 3 years of similar or related experience. 2 years experience in facilities management or related field preferred. Preferred
  • Proficient computer/word processing and spreadsheet experience. (High proficiency)
