This role combines technical accounting expertise with leadership and process improvement - helping strengthen our mission to serve residents and communities with excellence.

What You'll Do

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, payroll, projects, allocations, and fixed assets.
• Prepare and review financial statements in line with GAAP.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead audits, tax-related reporting, and statutory filings.
• Provide analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
• Streamline processes and implement financial systems improvements.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff.
• Support financing activities and contribute to special projects.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and audits.
• Leadership experience managing accounting teams.
