We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Plant Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of industrial equipment in a safe and efficient manner within the plant. This position requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards. The Plant Operator will pull multiple loads daily, unload/load trucks as they come in. Maintain a clean yard. Move skids in and out of the plant. Other plant duties could include helping fill and or sort cylinders.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Operate machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

  • Inspect equipment for proper functioning and make minor repairs or adjustments as needed.

  • Conduct safety inspections of the facility and report any hazards or issues to management.

  • Assist in inventory control by accurately tracking materials and supplies.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the plant.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding tasks and work status.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

  • Valid driver's license preferred but not required.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Physical dexterity and mobility sufficient to perform duties requiring standing, walking, reaching, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting heavy objects (up to 100 lbs.), working at elevated heights (up to 24 feet), and performing other physical functions necessary to accomplish duties.

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in priorities and circumstances.

  • Forklift Certified preferred but not a must.
