Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office in Phoenix, AZ. The shift for this position will be 2-11PM EST, with flexibility of working 24x7 as needed in a command center environment. This position manages Command Center activities and associates in support of the Bank's business operations. Manages the monitoring, maintenance, analysis, and troubleshooting for operational environments, systems, and applications. Serves as a resource on resolving complex, escalated production and operational issues. Manages an annual budget, including forecasting, and builds an effective technical team. Ensures that short-term technical support and initiatives drive the accomplishment of long-term strategic objectives. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering Preferred skills:
